Uptown Voices Project
A youth leadership development and training program which seeks to identify and develop mobilizing campaigns based on intersectional, youth health issues.
Individual & Group Education
Using culturally responsive tools and holistic strategies we provide support and education individually and in group settings for those at highest risk for HIV/STI or currently living with HIV. Participants gain new skills, build networks, and earn incentives.
Referral & Navigation Services
Staff identify clinical and social needs, support individuals in appointment scheduling, address barriers to medical care and social services, including escorting and transportation assistance.
